The neo-Nazi Kiev regime continues to carry out terrorist attacks on Russia and its population. Over the past week, the enemy UAV strikes affected 140 civilians. 19 people were killed (including one child), 121 \u2014 injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the early hours of August 22, Ukrainian terrorists launched yet another attack on the Druzhba oil pipeline, this time using drones and missiles, which resulted in a temporary suspension of oil deliveries to Hungary and Slovakia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The European Commission ought to have evaluated this from the standpoint of its own laws and regulations. Instead, not only did Brussels refrain from criticising Kiev\u2019s actions, but it cynically dismissed any risks to the continuity of energy supplies to the EU. <…><\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is abundantly clear that Brussels has granted the Kiev regime carte blanche to target any Russian energy infrastructure. In doing so, they have de facto become complicit in Kiev\u2019s terrorist attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#NordStream<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On August 21, at the request of the German Federal Prosecutor\u2019s Office, a former SBU employee suspected of being involved in the September 2022 Nord Stream explosions was arrested in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the open briefing [of the UN Security Council] on August 26, our delegation stressed that Germany, Sweden, and Denmark appear to be stalling the investigation and avoiding meaningful cooperation with Moscow, citing \u201cconfidentiality\u201d and the need to prevent \u201cpoliticisation\u201d on this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Attempts to blame the destruction of such massive infrastructure on \u201camateur divers\u201d allegedly acting without serious state backing, while obscuring links to Western intelligence services, are simply untenable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
#Moldova<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recently, the people of Moldova celebrated the 81st anniversary of liberating Chisinau from German-Romanian invaders during the Red Army\u2019s brilliant Jassy-Chisinau offensive. Patriotic forces organised a series of events, including the large-scale Liberation March. Over 10’000 people attended celebrations in Chisinau alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under Sandu, Moldova has turned into a totalitarian state. A small group acting in the interests of neighbouring Romania\u2019s forces, that strive to turn Moldova into another bridgehead for confronting Russia, rather than those working for the benefit of their country and European-integration forces, has usurped power in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The militarisation of the republic continues for the same purposes. The country is implementing 18 long-term projects to strengthen its defence sector with NATO support. In the past four years, the Moldovan defence sector received about 3.4 billion euros worth of Western assistance in the form of grants and loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We noted that the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria approved on August 13 of this year a draft intergovernmental defence cooperation agreement with Italy on the joint construction and use of military installations in the area of Kabile, where an Italian-led multinational NATO combat tactical force is supposed to be deployed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These NATO actions are leading to a further military-political escalation in Europe and they will definitely not promote trust in the Black Sea Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
