“Είναι πολύ σημαντικό να γίνει κατανοητό ότι, το διακύβευμα του πολέμου στην Ουκρανία ή Ρωσοουκρανικού πολέμου είναι η Δημοκρατία.  Το πολίτευμα (φιλελεύθερη δημοκρατία) είναι αυτό που θεμελιώνει διαφορετικό τρόπο ζωής (way of life), εν σχέση με ό,τι δεν είναι φιλελεύθερη Δημοκρατία και ονομάζονται (από την Δύση) : “αυταρχικά καθεστώτα” (authoritarian regimes).
